pimple-main_Full

Blemishes! Pimples! UGH! You are waiting for this special occasion for a long time. Anticipating the arrival of the day. Went shopping, picked out a killer outfit, bought new shoes, new handbag, had your hair highlighted, nails done and whatever else you treated yourself to. Finally…the day arrives and you wake up go to the bathroom to wash up and look in the mirror…only to discover a red swollen blemish starting to fight it’s way out! ARGH!! “What do I do”?, you ask yourself. How do I stop this pimple dead in it’s tracks?
Whatever you do DON’T squeeze it!…Resist the urge…Walk away from the mirror…Tie your hands behind your back…Just DON’T Do It!! In doing so it can cause bacteria to spread into your skin and that can lead to acne scarring
.

Frustrating to say the least. For some this can end up putting a damper on that special evening. There are some things you can do to naturally stop that blemish DEAD!

Have the following items accessible in your house:

Aspirin Honey

Cotton Swabs Egg

Lemon Juice Mauka Honey

Instant oatmeal Non gel Toothpaste

These items are optional:

Witch Hazel

Eye Drops (for red eyes)

Hydrogen Peroxide
OK…Here’s what you can do to stop that blemish dead in it’s tracks.
Mix together (1 tsp each) lemon juice, instant oatmeal, honey and some of the egg white to make a paste then dab some on the pimple and leave it for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. This will reduce redness. Using Hydrogen peroxide will disinfect the blemish. Witch Hazel stops the pimple dead because of it’s anti bacterial properties. Using eye drops (for red eyes) directly on the blemish will also help to reduce redness.

Already have a full blown blemish…crush some aspirin and mix with a little water to make a paste. Apply directly to the blemish with a cotton swab hold there for 15 seconds. Reduces redness and swelling.
Finally, you want to blast it off use Manuka Honey. Apply to band aide, leave over night. If you can’t seem to locate Manuka honey, non-gel toothpaste will do the trick as well.

I hope these natural remedies can be of some help to you if you become horrified by a outbreak.
